SYSTEM
The I.LP. Floor System is at present the most comprehensive
and innovative offer to carry out floors in pre-compressed
reinforced concrete beams and bricks.
To the basic materials (beams
and bricks)
we have added further items meeting all the requirements
linked to the type of structure: quality steadiness, high
performance guarantee; coding of the laying instructions;
compliance with the Italian and UE rules; costumers' assistance
and technical advice.
The I.LP. is an innovative building "system"
dedicated to the needs of planners and builders..
THE TECHNICAL ADVICE
 Integrating
part of the I. LP. SOLAI system is our technical advice
service, conceived as a continuous assistance for the
Costumer, starting from the preparatory phase of the material
supply that allows to detect early the right solution
for each specific building-yard situation.
The carpentry executive plan gets to our
engineering department in paper or digital
format (also through e-mail). Here, through specific calculation
procedures developed suitably for our company, are detected
all the eventual stresses to which will be subjected both
the initial elements (beams
and bricks)
during the preparatory phases and the same floor by its
operating overloads and forces due to its being included
into the general arrangement of the building (main load-bearing
structure).
We supply the Costumer with:

for the different situations of loads and of static system

outlining the laying of the components (beams
and bricks)
and of the completing steel reinforcements
.: Tables illustrating
the used graphic symbols
.: Diagram of the
calculation straight lines detecting the areas to which
correspond the static diagrams used for the check
