PRE-COMPRESSED BEAMS

In the year 2000 we started up the production of pre-compressed reinforced concrete beams in the new plant near Matera: a big investment arisen from the will to supply complete floors carried out with materials of our production and the guarantee of our controls.
Our technical and organizational know-how has made of it one of the most advanced plants in a short while.
The production occurs on a line equipped with adhering-wire pre-compression.
The concrete components (inerts, cement, steel) are selected accurately and controlled at each supply.
Once the production cycle is concluded, after the cutting, the beams undergo strict statics and quality controls both in our labs and in the most established external labs that certify the process steadiness and the conformity of the products with the requisite set by the Italian and UE rules.


Our beams are marketed in three different sizes, to meet a wide range of capacity loads.
